This main item in air pollution control system, custom designed with specific application and parameter of suctions, chambers packing media, depth, recirculation pump, spray nozzles, collection tank and fittings to remove water soluble containments by means of gas absorption or mechanical impingement so that cleaned harmless air leaves through the outlet. Available in vertical or horizontal designs to suit space limitation or layout preference. Capacity :- 500 cfm to 50,000 cfm. or as per customers requirement.

All types of fume exhaust hoods and duct fittings are in our range of manufacture, made from PVC/PP/FRP coated for sturdiness. Metallic hoods with suitable Alkali/Acid resistant coats. Each hood is provided with good orifice opening vanes for suction and equalize flow through the hood.

These are designed for on-line trapping of mist with air borne particles, as liquid droplets are obstructed and trapped during its flow through this PVC / FRP coated chamber, thus condensates. This results in saving of such chemicals for reuse and also load & cost reduction in scrubber. Available in several sizes to suit and requirement.
